My HcG journal and pics. Does it work? Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Day 2 Phase 2 and tonights recipe! Today has been a pretty good day. I woke up this morning and to my pleasant surprise I am down 1.8lbs! Recipe #2 Curry Chicken. 100 grams of chicken breast cubed (I cooked mine and my family's separate since I had to measure out the meat). 1/4 Cup chicken broth (I used Swanson's 99% fat free). 1/4tsp Curry Powder (more to taste if desired). Dash of Garlic Powder. Dash of Onion Powder. Going into day 7.

You can tell the difference in the side view. I am really looking forward to the final result. The best part of this diet is getting on the scale every morning and seeing the results whether a lot or a little there are still results. I am down a little over 8lbs now! My HcG journal and pics. Does it work? Friday, February 17, 2012. Day 4 and part of day 5 :). I can have BBQ sauce. The brand I got is Stubb's BBQ sauce. I wont use it often because I don't want to add too much outside of what I am already doing, but I sure do miss BBQ sauce and blue cheese dressing and dark chocolate LOL.
