As we were enjoying eating and making smores with my girls I began to think about ways of elevating the humble yet delicious childhood treat, and transforming it into a more sophisticated dessert. This is what I came up with. Už nám začala škola (už 29. února) a ani nevím jak, najednou jsem se ocitla na začátku dubna, mám za sebou Velikonoce a pomalu se chystám na midtermy (zkoušky v půlce semestru), a protože to uteče zas jak voda, měla bych se učit. Today is the 22th of June, that means I have 7 days life here at the orphanage. Wow! That is really hard to wrap my mind around! That 2 year term that I started not long ago is about to be over. It’s crazy home time flies. As I think of coming home, I can already hear the question. “How was Mexico”?
