Sweet, Indulgent Roasted Garlic Sauce. August 22, 2014. Makes 4 healthy servings or 2 big restaurant-sized servings (on bread), or two healthy servings on pasta. 2 tsp olive oil (for roasting). 1/4 tsp sea salt (for roasting). 3 tsp olive oil. 15 tsp golden sherry. 1/8 tsp salt, or to taste. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut off the top 1/4 or so of the garlic heads, so that the cloves are exposed. Cut the aluminum foil into 3 squares, each large enough to fold up around the garlic.
