The happy, chill momma. Ebf for 1 year. It is with a heavy heart that the husband and I have decided to finally mixfeed baby O. (I am getting a little emotional writing this post.) One year of exclusive breastfeeding ain’t so bad, right? When Aunt Irma came back, my milk supply dropped even more. From a high of 24 ounces a day, I am now down to only 12. 16 ounces, if I’m lucky.
