Better Qmail on Ubuntu – Ryan Buterbaugh
http://ryan.buterbaugh.org/better-qmail-on-ubuntu
Better Qmail on Ubuntu. April 15, 2015. As a reluctant server administrator, I make it a goal to do as little custom configuration work as possible. No building from source, no third-party package repositories, and restricting myself to use a core, stable subset of system features when building software. Performing a package or OS upgrade only to find that some bleeding edge feature you were using has changed is frustrating at best, a lurking security hole at worst. As a result, my preference for Qmail.

A welcome upgrade – Ryan Buterbaugh

April 15, 2015. For at least 5 years, the website at ryan.buterbaugh.org looked like this:. Simple, handmade, and more than a little ugly, but adequate as a minimum viable web presence. However, as content has started to fragment into the familiar silos (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, LinkedIn, and more), it seems to be the right time to make a change and consolidate onto a self-hosted publishing platform.
