Round the Block Fitness. Welcome to Round the Block Fitness. Round the Block Fitness provides fun & challenging group workouts for all fitness levels. This is a unique group training environment with personal trainer focus and results! Your trainer will motivate you to improve your own unique fitness level. All fitness levels welcome! Although not required, a pair of small hand weights (3 - 15 pounds), a yoga mat (or towel), and water are highly recommended. All other equipment will be provided.

Sunday, July 31, 2011. Here is a quilt I'm working on that includes today's basic unit, the Drunkard's Path. I was aiming for a Card Tricks look, but it ended up looking like PacMan! When placed next to each other, the two pieces of the Drunkard's Path block don't look like they'll fit together.
