Mouse_and_NTR: May 2007
http://mouseandnitetimerunner.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 27, 2007. Mixed bag of running today - all of it really enjoyable and just for fun - not training, not going for PB's, just for fun and to enjoy to the weather and company! Can you tell we adore each other? After a bacon and egg sandwich, i saddled back up, and ran home. So, all in all, 30km in 4 runs today - comprised of 8km to the fun runs at BOP, 4km race, 10km race, and 8km home. My legs feel tired now, but gee whiz it was a swell day for running. Google musing: there are bout 23,700 hits.

Monday, October 31, 2005. The Challenge is on. Anyway I made up the hill just before her, she put in a good fight though. Shortly after we reached the top of the hill she retreated to the "Barbie" mansion. I was glad that she went home to "Ken" because I really wasn't in the mood for a challenge today. Talking about challenges. I have the official "Go ahead" for the Wobbly. Challenge. So the date is set (Sunday 20th November) and I will be running the 10k at the SMC. Posted by go girl @ 2:47 pm. Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Beagles can't do 3km in 15mins (ntr). Ran last night with basil our beagle. 2 X 15min intervals at 5:00 pace. I can run 3km faster then him. Not a problem, except for the short lead we have. Monday, June 25, 2007. 4 weeks out.(ntr). Well its four weeks out from my next target race - the cities marathon! I have no doubt i can propel myself 42.2km, but need to get in a solid high 30'skm run this weekend to gauge my ability to do it in a pace I'd be really happy with. I was wet, co...

Sunday, October 28, 2007. Lights of Las vegas. WARNING: this post has absolutely nothing to do with running. I am in Las Vegas for work, not a bad place to wait out the week until L-Day :-) I am staying "on the strip", at the Monte Carlo. The hotel is lovely but my room overlooks some major construction and it is going on 24/7. Think I need to ask to be moved - it is so noisy! I have been going to the gym here, at the bargain price of $19 per day - total rip off! So exciting, I still have travel between ...

Saturday, November 17, 2007. Fromage, rouge vin et escargots. It has taken a while to update this, but I have left it until all our Parisian experiences could be combined into one blog. We leave tomorrow for Italy but this week has been the most magical, amazing week of my life. Paris is gorgeous and something about it has calmed us down, relaxed us and made us so ridiculously happy! Luckily the second time we found the metro stop nearer to the artists area. There are only so many white statues and relig...

Mouse_and_NTR: A full day monday
http://mouseandnitetimerunner.blogspot.com/2008/03/full-day-monday.html
Wednesday, March 19, 2008. A full day monday. Its been a good week thus far.on the weekend we went swimming for a few laps at Blacktown pools. Georgia tried out flippers, hand fins and generally mucked around in the lap lane, whilst Rach and I alternated doing laps. Is that wrong :-) I didn't record the times of any of the legs very well, but was under 5km min for the run i think from the rough recording i made. I am stoked with that! Nowbring on a long weekend, chocolate and the easter show! A full day ...

Friday, February 22, 2008. Its been a long time.(ntr). Well, its been a long time ( about 2 months ) since we wrote anything.why? Uminjury and lack of mojo perhaps? Are they related - yes. Since the CR XMAS run, i was training hard for 6ft actually - the shortest and hardest session being hill reps up rooty hill in 99% humidity, and one magic run at quarry road was started at 5pm, and i finished it at dusk with a headlamp! I have signed up to do the tri in the police games on. I know how serious (or not ...
