I am unsure if this is because people keep asking me if I am alright and telling me I don't look happy. To be honest it is only certain people and I have kept shrugging it off, and even said I thought I was OK! I ended up wondering if I am indeed one of the new generation of THE WORRIED WELL, a HYPOCHONDRIAC and just going through some MID-LIFE CRISIS?

I drank more water and thumbed through my weight loss book to remind myself how much weight I had lost since 8 th. Monday, 19 May 2008. Day 6 - Some Progress? I'm not sure if hubby looks excited or worried about what I may read about! A Positive Change -. Seriously, it may not be much to somebody else, but this issue alone is one I have battled with for years and needs to be acknowledged. Yes I still have a way to go, but am getting better. I hope I am not kidding myself on this front and wonder MRS if you thought I had changed for the better or worse in your comment yesterday? I took it as a positive.

Friday, 31 August 2007. Day One Hundred and Fifteen. It's the end of the week, and what a week it's been. Monday's long drive from Scotland wasn't much fun, but since then it's got better and better. Sunday, 25 November 2007. Day Two Hundred and One. It is possible that my first meal could be some turkey on Christmas Day. Looking at myself now, although I have a gut, it's small and needs toned more than anything else. My face, chest, arms and legs do not need to get any thinner, just my bum and belly. Using the BMI calculator on the Lighterlife website I now have a BMI of 25.14. All I have to do now is lose one more pound and I am healthy. I now have a BMI below the UK average of 25.4. Tuesday, 27 March 2007. Day 7 part 2. I went with my mum to her first Cambridge Diet appointment - v different to the LL session. No counselling - just handing over the food packs, paying for them, getting weighed and measured and out the door! I think this will be ok for her because she's not one for group activities and she only has 1.5 stones to lose so I guess it won't take her too long.
