Family Anointing

June 19, 2015. By: The Family Woman. Every start of the school year, CFA holds its annual Family Anointing Day. This year, it was held last June 18 at Christ the King church which was attended by approximately 200 families. After the Holy Mass, we headed off to the reception Hall. And my was it too crowded. The CFA family has definitely grew in number over the years, and the CFA body had a pretty good problem at the time. It was a funfilled event! Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Hmmm… what club to choose? July 1, 2015. By: The Family Woman. I received an email today from the CFA preschool team about the club offerings. We’re actually looking forward to this and a bit excited that it’s going to start this Friday. These are the clubs that CFA is offering:. 8211; ballet dance. July 1, 2015. By: The Family Woman. Counting 1 to 100 is not yet part of K1 curriculum, but since Yesha has a penchant for numbers — she loves to count, do addition and subtraction — I decided to teach it ahead. So just today, I put a number chart on our bedside wall. The minute after I mounted the chart, she already started to count. She even asked me to video her counting. I guess that by the end of first quarter she’d be able to master the numbers from 1 to 100. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Friday, 13 January 2017. Sarah Plain and Tall Interactive Quilt. My 3rd grader has recently finished reading Sarah Plain and Tall. He really loved the book, as a go along activity he worked on an interactive quilt. You can grab this resources here on TPT. He worked on one piece each day. I don't have pictures of him working on the quilt, it was a fairly simple. Once it was complete he was really proud of his work. His favorite part was assembling all the pieces and adding details.
