Mostly due to the wake up call that 1 retail sales for September sucked(technical term for sales Uber crappy Keynsian economic depression), the Federal Reserve saw a slow down in all 12 regions, and surprise surprise people are realizing that the bailout will not fix the credit market any time soon.
