Friday, May 2, 2008. The weather here has been beautiful so the boys have been playing outside non stop. We got Cooper a pair of knock off Crocs for $5 at Walmart and it was the best investment in shoes EVER! I was tired of washing his tennis shoes and worrying if they would be dry for school, etc. These things are great! Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Here is the recipie I used, except I used Applesauce in place of the Oil. Http:/ allrecipes.com/ Recipe/moms-zucchini-bread/Detail.aspx. It super easy to do and having never made Zucchini Bread before I ended up making a variation on my next batch. I doubled my recipie which calls for 4 cups of Zucchini but I only had 3 so I used 3 Bananas in place of the missing cup of Zucchini.and OH MY does is smell delicious.
