Just another WordPress.com site. Second Place Potatoes with a kick. Every year at my family’s Easter celebration gathering everyone brings a dish. Each dish is set out buffet style and given a number. After everyone eats they vote on their favorite dish. The dish with the most votes wins the Easter bunny potluck trophy. This Easter my favorite mashed potatoes took second place. 🙂 Here is the Recipe:. 8-10 medium sized russet potatoes. 1/2 c bacon bits or pieces. 6 oz sour cream. Onion powder to taste.
