Monday, August 6, 2012. We've been talking about the idea of bunk beds for the boys for quite some time, and finally decided they were ready! We went bunk bed shopping as a family the weekend before and the boys were SO excited about the thought of them! We ended up ordering some online and they came in last weekend. Thursday, June 21, 2012. We went to visit with my sisters in Lancaster, PA last week! Gary was out of town on business, so the kids and I went Wed-Fri to visit Michelle! Tuesday, May 29, 2012. We'd been planning our camping trip for a while, and the kids were SO excited (especially Alex)! They played "camping" the entire week leading up to our big 3 day weekend trip. well, it didn't go exactly as planned, but we still had a good time overall ;) We left early Friday since Gary had a 4 day weekend and went to a campground near the Potomac Bay/Colonial Beach. The kids LOVED helping set up camp! Alex was probably MOST excited about the tent ;). Nathan helped with his tools!

December 17, 2011. I took the kids down to Augusta, Ky to see Rosemary Clooney's house and the White Christmas parade. I am sure I was more excited than they were! We then went out to wait for the parade to start. It was so cold, and it started late. Once it got rolling it was a good time. November 21, 2011. Ashley's preschool has a Thanksgiving program instead of a Christmas progam. It is fun to watch all the kids perform their little songs and prayers of Thanksgiving. Then they have a Thanksgiving "beast"(feast) for all the kids and families. It was very yummy! This is what I am getting these days when I try to take a picture. December 25, 2011. Santa has never really brought anything too big for Christmas. I am not sure what he was thinking this year! However the kids were as happy as can be. Ashley got a car and the boys got electric go- karts. We don't have a real fireplace, which we are in the process of fixing! We found this on Netflix and figured, why not. The kids thought it was pretty funny, but not very warm. Cameron with the MIB Bluray! Ashley got some fun princess dress ups! Her first car accident! Ready, Set, Go!

November 24, 2011. Hanging around after dessert. There were so many pies, and other goodies. For Thanksgiving this year we went to Clarksville, AR to have a Morris reunion. It was Jason's grandparents on down. We had a houseful, and the drive was long, but we had a great time. I took this opportunity to snap some pictures of my kids with their grandparents, and great-grandparents. Great-Grandparents Bill and Sue Morris. Grandpa Dew and Grandma Cathy.
