Monday, April 07, 2014. Day 1 of Training for a Half Marathon (13.1 miles). Training begins, today is strength and stretches. Did a Jillian Micheals strength training video that used to kill me and actually didn't this time. Did squat/push-up/crunch challenge for the day.
