Monday, July 11, 2011. My Baby is Already a Consumer Whore. I can't believe this kid is going to be here in twenty-ish weeks! SO MUCH. TO. DO. I don't think anyone could possibly understand how much preparation goes into getting ready for baby until they have a baby for themselves. Not only do I have to gestate this thing for twenty more weeks (exhausting! We had our anatomy scan on July 5 at 19 weeks and 1 day. It went really well! He has to kick through an extra layer! Saturday, December 10, 2011. The c-section went really well, even though I SHIVERED like crazy through the whole thing. It was the coldest I’d ever felt. I don’t know if it was the fever, epidural, or what, but it was miserable. Finally, Liam Jules was born at 5:12 PM. I'm a MOMMY! Turns out that the kiddo was sunny side up! I got to see him for a brief second, (Holy head of hair! We stayed in the hospital until Friday, December 9. Then we finally got to take Liam home! January 27, 2012 at 9:21 PM.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. We had our first ultrasound on April 7, 2011. I was so nervous that morning that I felt like I was going to throw up! No, not morning sickness. I was feeling fantastic at 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant! I actually was starting to get a little cocky - maybe I'd be one of those women who never gets morning sickness at all! Wouldn't that be nice? Since this was my first exam with the doctor, I also had to get a pap smear and cultures done. Boo! Introducing. tiny baby human!

Tuesday, May 24, 2011. I am 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. That means that in two days, at 13 weeks and 3 days, I will have OFFICIALLY completed the 1st trimester!
