Back in Sinaloa - Mazatlan and towns around it. Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Mechanic, Painter and Landscaper OH MY. Sunset Monday night. Not beautiful but pretty. Sunrise Tuesday morning. Again not spectacular but okay. Spent early part of yesterday morning watching the birds in our breadfruit tree. We put the bread and fruit in it. Just a couple of them. Sure fun to watch. Met a horse and black and white cow on the road but didn’t get pictures of them. Yum We always get a few extra to bring home.

This is the story of my journey through the Team Beachbody Insanity Fitness. Thursday, March 31, 2011. I am so glad it is Thursday. Mostly because my Wednesday was horrendous and not so fun. Seems to be the story of my life these days. As a result to said crummy day, I splurged and had 2 Oreo's and a plethora of ice cream complete with chocolate sauce.
