This is the story of my journey through the Team Beachbody Insanity Fitness. Thursday, March 24, 2011. And, Alyson Hannigan! Today is my big fat 28th. Birthday. I'm not old yet.I have 2 more years. BUT! I am pretty happy with today! Well, more like yesterday. Let me recap:. I came home and got my workout on. It was the plyometric cardio circuit. It was intense, but great. I burned 408 calories in 41 minutes. No complaints here! That's an average of nearly 10 calories a minute! Hope your day is fabulous!

This is the story of my journey through the Team Beachbody Insanity Fitness. Monday, February 28, 2011. Yes, you read that right. I started. Today was day 1. I did the fit test for Insanity. So here are my day 1 results:. Low Plank Oblique 15. It took about 25 minutes to complete (that includes a warm up and cool down). And in those 25 minutes I burned a cool 216 calories. Awesome! This is the story of my journey through the Team Beachbody Insanity Fitness. Wednesday, March 2, 2011. You were great to me! I couldn't stop my mind from racing to tonight's workout. It was also thinking about how sore my hamstrings are. And boy oh boy are they sore! There are no complaints from me on that. I'm just pleasantly happy with it. I'm hopeful that my legs and such will work out the soreness soon so my jumps can get higher. Tonight was a cardio circuit and was about 39 minutes. I burned 421.

This is the story of my journey through the Team Beachbody Insanity Fitness. Thursday, March 31, 2011. I am so glad it is Thursday. Mostly because my Wednesday was horrendous and not so fun. Seems to be the story of my life these days. As a result to said crummy day, I splurged and had 2 Oreo's and a plethora of ice cream complete with chocolate sauce. It didn't hurt me scale wise, but it did make me upset with myself for succumbing to emotional eating. Tomorrow is Finally Friday! Hurry up and get here!
