Friday, July 6, 2012. I squatted. And I feel great! Business management included some lacrosse balling in my chest and shoulders, pvc rolling, super couch x 2min/side, Shoulder band circuit, calf self mashing and stretch. Complete with a really short dynamic warm up. Squat- 135 x5, 225 x4, 245 x4, 255 x4, 245 x4, 255 x4. Easing back into it. I haven't had knee pain in 3 weeks, wondering how long it will take until it comes back with a vengeance. 2 ct pause DL- 135 x5, 225 x2, 255 x2, 245 x2, 255 x2.
