Once an athlete, always an athlete. Sunday, October 26, 2008. In my detest for doing long slow distance, the baby in my belly has summoned me back to walking for exercise. I am trying to get in at least two long walks per week in addition to at least two strength and conditioning sessions. Walked about 4.5 miles. Circuit, rest at end.felt phenomenal. Best in a while.
