It was interesting reading through some my classmate's opinions, ranging from " I can't wait to sign up for it! To questioning it's true value (" Second Life yielding corporate training results. Though those that have their doubts usually have not tried it out, while the ones that enjoy it have tried it out in some capacity. Blogging for the first time. Monday, April 13, 2009. It isn’t what you know, it’s who you're "LinkedIn" to. When I first joined LinkedIn. Sometime two years ago, I just did it because a friend sent me a link in an email and told me to join. At that time I was growing bored with my membership to Friendster. And had just started experimenting with Facebook. That may intrigue you:. A new member joins LinkedIn approximately every second, and about half of our members are outside the U.S. I first thought Link...

Yes We Can (Blog), ITEC Style. Monday, April 6, 2009. The Customer Now Matters? The defensive approach to marketing is finding certain conversations on the internet that are potentially harmful to a brand and trying to turn that particular person or persons views around so it doesn't spread like wildfire. The offensive approach is basically treating conversationalists on the internet like royalty to help promote the brand before any bad commentary is started. April 12, 2009 at 1:47 PM. Steve's blogosphere: Thanks, I am now considered dumb
http://stevedlaw.blogspot.com/2009/04/thanks-i-am-now-considered-dumb.html
Sunday, April 19, 2009. Thanks, I am now considered dumb. In some ways, it does not surprise me that Nobel Prize winner Doris Lessing made the comment that the internet is making us dumber. After all, she did win her Nobel Prize in Literature through old school writing with pen and paper and the brain. But I think she forgot to see that some of her Nobel Prize peers have used the internet or maybe even "invented" it, and utilize technology to spread their message. Susan Boyle Youtube video.

Steve's blogosphere: Your brilliant idea or mine?
http://stevedlaw.blogspot.com/2009/03/your-brilliant-idea-or-mine.html
Friday, March 27, 2009. Your brilliant idea or mine? Ever get that moment where you come up with an idea that your company (or any company) should adopt but never do because either you're an outsider or maybe they do take your idea, and you don't get credit for it! On the same token, imagine being the company, and nobody from inside can generate a good idea, or all ideas are limited to stay within the company. Isn't it so frustrating?
