Yes We Can (Blog), ITEC Style. Monday, April 20, 2009. Old School 2.0. The internet generation vs. the old school.it is an interesting mix of two generations that are overlapping right at the same time. So which one has the best to offer? Well I believe we can learn a bit from each. First let's take the new generation of web 2.0. It is a generation which has found itself with a bit easier road than our predecessors. We rarely have to go the library to research information (we have wikipedia. I'm afraid o...

Blogging for the first time. Monday, April 13, 2009. It isn’t what you know, it’s who you're "LinkedIn" to. When I first joined LinkedIn. Sometime two years ago, I just did it because a friend sent me a link in an email and told me to join. At that time I was growing bored with my membership to Friendster. And had just started experimenting with Facebook. That may intrigue you:. A new member joins LinkedIn approximately every second, and about half of our members are outside the U.S. I first thought Link...

http://brightinspiration.blogspot.com/2009/03/open-innovation-blessing-or-curse.html
Monday, March 30, 2009. Open Innovation: A Blessing or a Curse? In America and most westernized Cultures, our Culture does not encourage the sharing of ideas and this is because we are selfish when it comes to competition. We want to get ahead of the game but most of the time our ultimate goal is to have control over our product thereby reaping the benefits all by ourselves because we believe that since we created it, then why should we share it? Monday, April 6, 2009. Talking or Listening which is better? This link stresses on that fact. An employee who felt that educating the customers about the company was the right way to go is on the verge of losing his job and this stresses a lot on the point that was just made. Think Big: 3/29/09 - 4/5/09

Wednesday, April 1, 2009. All-in-One - you ought to love that. Well, while surfing through one of my friend's blogs, I noticed that she was right. Having Google and Yahoo try to implement a social network would be too big of a burden not only on the companies, but also on the users subscribing to those sites. The world does not need any new shining tools. A refine of the existing would be nice. Here check out her blog here. Links to this post. Sunday, March 29, 2009. Which network are you ON?

Sunday, April 19, 2009. Rely on the experts, no thank you. The articles for this week were really interesting. Like some of my friends, I really had a hard time putting my post together. I really understand where Keen is coming from in his article, The Digital Emperor has no clothes. Claimed, on the contrary, I think it is mkaing us selective readers and giving us more things to consider and weigh on. Check out this link. That claims Google is also making us stupid, and tell me what do you think?

Sunday, March 22, 2009. Networking. how hard can it be? I have to admit, the whole aspect of networking is pretty new to me. I came from a small city where believe it or not, almost everyone knew everyone else. Now that I think of it, we kind of had some sort of networks. They were based on people working in the same area, going to the same social clubs, and hanging around in the same places. It then struck me. I am. Links to this post. Think Big: Too many cooks....
http://thinkbig4now.blogspot.com/2009/04/too-many-cooks.html
Monday, April 6, 2009. After reading Stross's article in the NYTimes. I keep on asking myself, if there was a magic formula to know for a fact what's good and what's not. Maybe we will get to a point where we can determine whose review to take into account or not from a personal perspective. I know its true to please everybody, but I guess if all else fails, we go back to the old way of trusting our own instinct, RIGHT! Http:/ www.cartoonstock.com/. April 6, 2009 at 10:43 AM. Yes We Can (Blog), ITEC Style. Monday, April 6, 2009. The Customer Now Matters? The defensive approach to marketing is finding certain conversations on the internet that are potentially harmful to a brand and trying to turn that particular person or persons views around so it doesn't spread like wildfire. The offensive approach is basically treating conversationalists on the internet like royalty to help promote the brand before any bad commentary is started. April 12, 2009 at 1:47 PM. Think Big: WOW, was not aware that existed.....
http://thinkbig4now.blogspot.com/2009/04/wow-was-not-aware-that-existed.html
Monday, April 27, 2009. WOW, was not aware that existed. Ok, I have to admit that when I first read the topic of this week, I thought, hmmm, second life, what is second life? The readings shock me a little bit. I had no idea the whole real, 3D, animated virtual world existed. I researched some more you tube videos and was surprised even more. What I wonder is why would I want to do that? While writing this blog I read Carolyn's post. Is it something I really want to sink in? April 27, 2009 at 11:12 AM.
