I used to hate the top of my stove getting splatter with bacon grease, but soon I found another way of cooking it that can out much better than frying. Baking it! It made me reconsider using it. On to my research. I tried a silicone baking mat. For a long...

Adventures in Learning New Skills | A great WordPress.com site
Adventures in Learning New Skills. A great WordPress.com site. Asymp; Leave a comment. My husband, BadBird, takes photos. Some very nice shots, if I say so myself. This one is of the Puget Sound, and is unaltered. What you see is what you get. I took inspiration from this photo to blend similar colors on my drum carder. The wool is Grey Shetland which I over-dyed using various Country Classics colors. I carded a batt, colored each batt one color in the crock of a broken crock pot. It spins up pretty too.
