Monday, March 30, 2009. Black and White Cupcakes with Gooey Chocolate Glaze. I received a new cookbook for my birthday, simply titled. 160;by Shelly Kaldunski. Sold at Williams- Sonoma. Black and White Cupcakes. 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature. 1 TBS sour cream. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1 cup cake flour. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 4 TBS unsalted butter, at room temperature. 1 large egg, at room temperature. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups.
